($1,000 prize) Lux magazine and Dirt | Lux magazine and Dirt are seeking narrative-driven cultural criticism about work for a $1,000 prize. They want personal stories about how labor shapes our lives, health, politics, and perspectives. Submissions should be complete essays in the 1,500-2,000 word range and previously unpublished.
