How is everyone doing today?
We’ve enjoyed quite a few consecutive sunny days here in the UK, which is a welcome change from the perpetual grey that has consumed most of September. That combined with my daily dose of vitamin D supplements have been huge mood boosters.
This will be my wife’s first winter in the UK, so she’s looking into getting a SAD lamp as we approach shorter, darker days. Do you have a sunlight lamp that you swear by? Any recommendations would be much appreciated!
