(Up to $3,300) Dialogue Earth | Dialogue Earth is looking for data journalists or researchers to produce in-depth, data-driven features on the steel industry and its decarbonization challenge. They are offering four grants of up to $3,300 for ~1,200-word features with data visualizations, covering topics such as low-carbon steelmaking, green hydrogen, coal just transitions, iron ore trade, carbon capture, and steelmaking jobs. Pitches covering global trends are welcome, but those relevant to China, India, Brazil, and South Africa are particularly encouraged. Collaborative pitches from teams of data journalists and reporters are welcome. Pitch deadline is May 11. More details in the full call for pitches. Send pitches to [email protected].
