($750 - $1,500) Oregon Humanities | Oregon Humanities publishes essays, photographs, films, audio recordings, data visualizations and infographics and other media that explore the thoughts, perspectives, and experiences of Oregonians, especially those who have been ignored, generalized, or oppressed. They’re currently accepting features for their Spring 2025 issue on the theme “Bloom.” They’re looking for stories about flourishing, blossoming, openness, and growth. All contributors are paid between $750 and $1,500, depending on the length and complexity of the piece. Submission deadline for the Spring 2025 issue is December 16. Full pitch call here.
